So change of plans.
As of last Sat one of girls i'm moving out with Hun yee decided that she didn't want to move out of IH. 4 weeks before we were scheduled to. Of course she had a valid reason; she was afraid of being bored. Which is an excepted reason, after all how many great achievements in history can be attributed to the fear of being bored; the holocaust, the war in Iraq, Lisse boreden escapades with her axe and the menendez brothers attempts to convince their parents, just to name a few examples.
You can probably tell that I'm a little miffed after, I throughly despise people who don't keep to their word, or for that matter the fickle minded.
Anyhow, because of one person's baseless fears. Pei Fei and I have been forced to look for accomodation ourselves at the 11th hour. Pei Fei not being able find any accomodation given the limited time has decided to stay in IH.
As for me I've have yielded significantly better results, after some people in my caregroup have been asking me to move in with them since june. Since I didn't want to go back on my contact, I opted to stay in IH. Even if i had lost my bond of 1K living outside would have allowed me to save that and more.
I will be moving to Too Wong which is about 2 to 3km away from school. I'll be moving into a 3 room apartment with a pool, sauna and garage. My rent would be about $114 a week and an unlimited internet connection. My biggest regret is that I wouldn't have a gas stove, though with the savings that I get with the rent I suppose I can consider getting a portable gas stove. I missed the gas stove at home.
Hmm there is a slightly more paranoid part of me that actually the two have conspired not to move out with me just staggered their decisions in an attempt to fool me afterall Pei Fei exhibited significantly less outrage that one would expect her to and show considerably less agony over having to stay at IH. But I suppose at this point it doesn't really matter. After I move out from IH most ties with them will be severed anyway.
There are numerous divine signs that my move out with them was not meant to be anyway. I suppose it really is divine intervention. I'll tell you lot about them in my next post.
For now I'll be moving out to Sean/ Samuel / Raymond's place.
Sean's a plump singaporean with as great a love for food as I do. Only that he doesn't know much about cooking. But that will be fixed once I join the house. He and I get along pretty well so not much troubles there.
Samuel is my Shi Fu; he's my sheppard. A very good looking person I have often tried to lure the girls in IH to my caregroup just to see him and am now trying to get melissa Ho interested.
Raymond I know little of except that he's from Hong Kong and he cooks, that's reason enough for me...
That is all
